We sell products directly through our online store hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our discretion.

All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Shopify securely handles and encrypts all sensitive payment data.

  1. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in  USD and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and may be limited or discontinued at any time.

  1. Final Sale and “As-Is” Condition

All items are considered final sale and are sold in "as-is" condition. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  1. Local Pickup and No-Show Policy

By selecting local pickup at checkout, the buyer agrees to coordinate a pickup time with House Finch. If the buyer fails to respond to House Finch’s initial attempt to coordinate pickup within 10 business days, House Finch reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the sale, and

  • Charge a $50.00 no-show fee to the credit card on file.

This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative and storage costs associated with unclaimed items.


  1. Item Descriptions and Buyer Responsibility

We make every effort to authenticate and accurately describe the items listed on our Site. Each item will include detailed descriptions and photographs to the best of our ability. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to review all item details and ask any questions prior to making a purchase. We are always happy to send more photos or videos. All sales are final, and we are not responsible for any misunderstandings resulting from unasked questions or assumptions.

  1. Bidding is Binding

By placing a bid on any item listed on this website, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All bids are final and legally binding.

  • If the buyer places the winning bid at the close of the auction, the buyer enters into a binding contract to purchase the item at the final bid amount plus any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping charges.

  • Failure to complete the purchase may result in account suspension, cancellation of future bidding privileges, and/or legal action.

  • The buyer is responsible for reading and understanding the full item description and any additional terms before placing a bid.

Please do not place a bid unless you are prepared to complete the purchase.
